Hello, I bought this and the lights do not work. Any ideas?
1. Check to ensure the AAA batteries are charged and you have placed the batteries at right directions.Then make sure the battery switch is at the ‘ON’ position.
2. Check to see the LED light and the wires are complete and not broken.
3. Check the touch mother board is complete and not broken:see the electric component parts embedded on are full and welded firmly. Make sure that the wires are connected accurately.Red wires are connected to Positive electrode,black wires are connected to Negative electrode.
4. Check the same color wires are connected firmly
How long does it stay on with the touchlight ? Will it turn off itself?
The light in the book nook kit will be on if you press the switch. It will turn off if you press it again. Unless the batteries run out,it will not turn off itself.

This thing is just adorable. It is absolutely pretty, very easy to put together, and it just makes you want to sit down by a window with big headphones on and do some homework or paperwork, while calming music plays in the background. It is just so cute, a great addition to a shelf. I love that all sides are super cute, and it is sturdy.
My love of pandas doesn't make me biased in how awesome this set was. Everything fit together so well. Pieces were easy to pop out. I love the different levels and the moving pieces. Something unique not in alot of other sets is the use of the 'accordion' type pieces that give alot of rounded edges. This was such a pleasure to build and it came with dust cover,which from experience with alot of others, is a must for me now. You want a dust cover. Cleaning these is impossible when dust settles in.
Based on having no issues, cuteness, and overall enjoyment, this was a 5star build for me.
I have to say that one thing I really appreciate about the Cutebee dioramas is that they have different levels for any interest. This one wasn't a very long build. It took a couple of hours one afternoon, but it's quite delightful: The pieces snap out with a satisfying click and for the most part, click in place solidly when you assemble it. I like how organized the wiring was and it didn't require any additional twisting of wires and using heatguns to piece wires together. This went together very smoothly and it's very charming. There are a number of little pandas selling things in their little shop. In the back, there is a rotating carousel (that you rotate via a dial at the base of the build). I really like that little bit of articulation!! Thanks for coming up with fun build, Cutebee!!
I couldn’t resist ordering this new book nook from Cutebee. Pandas are cute, I love a good bookshop, and this one even has a coffee bar!
As always, everything was neatly packaged. The printing on the wood was well done, and the lighting was not complicated.
You’ll need to provide your own tools, glue, and 2 AAA batteries.
There is a spinning wheel on the bottom of the nook to spin the barista panda back to bookshelves again. That’s a really cool feature.
Cutebee is great about adding dust covers, and that is a must for me.
This one-sitting build was a great way to treat myself to some afternoon fun and step away from work for a bit. You definitely want to add this one to your collection.
